Studies shows clothes remain in
the store for an average of 11 days, if we waited until pick up to collect payments, our costs would be much higher;
also, collecting payments at drop-off, lowers the time customers have to wait during pick up. Most people drop off their garments anytime from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, while
most pick ups happen during the 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm time period. This is a limited time period. If we collected payments during that time, customers would have to wait
