Millennium Dry Cleaners (MDC) provides dry cleaning & laundry services to VIP Express customers and Valet customers. MDC processes the Customer’s account in strict accordance with the specifications set forth in this profile. MDC reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Customer Profile: The information listed on this form will only be used by MDC exclusively. Millennium Cleaners NEVER sells, nor provides to third parties, its customer list or any information provided on this form. So long as the Customer is an active MDC customer, MDC requires the Customer to keep the information current. This form lets us better serve the Customer by processing the Customer’s garments in accordance with his/her preferences; contacting the Customer regarding garment problems/questions; mailing special promotional material/coupons, etc; accepting the Customer’s personal checks without check verification and processing credit card purchases.

VIP Express/Valet Services: Valet Customers receive pickup and delivery services set forth on the day specified within the zip code service that is designated for that day of the week. No pick-up or delivery will be provided on holidays which MDC is closed. The Valet Customer’s order will be picked up in accordance with the terms & conditions specified. MDC will provide name-tagged laundry bags free of charge to Valet and VIP Express Customers. All MDC laundry bags remain the property of MDC and will be returned to MDC if the Customer no longer uses our service. Stain stickers will be provided upon request to VIP Express/Valet Customers. For VIP Express customers, MDC offers a convenient AFTER HOURS DROP BOX which is code activated. To access the box, request an access code and only drop Customer’s dry cleaning/laundry in a MDC VIP Express Bag with name tag attached. All after- hours drop offs are videotaped. Each VIP Express Customer account will have his/her current credit card information on file and will be automatically charged at each time of purchase. If a MDC Valet Customer’s credit card is denied, MDC will assess a $10.00 service charge. If monthly billing is applicable, all payments are due upon receipt of the billing. If MDC does not receive payment-in-full by the last day of the month in which billing was sent, MDC will automatically charge the outstanding balance (plus $15.00 processing fee) to the Valet Customer’s credit card on file with MDC. Millennium Dry Cleaners will assess a $25.00 fee for any returned check for any reason.

Care Label Instructions: In order to protect the Customer’s garments, MDC reads & follows all Care Label Instructions on each garment processed. If the customer chooses to not follow care label instructions, a Garment Release may be required and the Customer assumes all liability. If a Care Label is missing or removed, MDC will process the garment in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the International FabriCare Institute. MDC assumes no liability for garments with missing or removed care labels.

Extent of Liability: MDC assumes no liability or responsibility for clothes left in our store over 30 days. Any difference in the number of garments processed by MDC must be reported within 36 hours. Should MDC damage or loose a garment, MDC reimburses the customer with store credit at the retail value of the garment, minus any depreciation that may occur taken into account.

Holidays: Millennium Dry Cleaners will be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Subject to closing early on Thanksgiving eve and Christmas eve.
